Welcome — I’m Zach, the owner and lead therapist at Springfield Massage Therapy, where I’ve spent the last five years helping people find steady, meaningful pain relief and a calmer, more regulated nervous system. Clients often tell me they feel completely at ease the moment they walk in — like they can finally let their shoulders drop and just breathe.
My path into this work began with watching someone I love navigate serious health challenges. That experience stayed with me. It taught me how much people carry, often quietly, and how healing it can be to have a place where you don’t have to be “on,” fix anything, or push through discomfort. My work is grounded in offering that kind of space: steady, warm, and deeply attentive.
Over the years, I’ve developed a specialty in helping people with headaches, migraines, neck pain, and shoulder tension — issues that affect so many in midlife and beyond. These concerns often come with stress, long-term muscle holding, and nervous-system overload. My approach focuses on calming the body first so the muscles can soften, mobility can return, and pain relief can actually last.
At Springfield Massage Therapy, your session is never rushed. I take time to understand what’s been going on in your body, what stress you’ve been carrying, and what your nervous system needs that day. Many of my clients say this is the only hour where they can fully relax and not take care of anyone else for a moment.
Whether you’re dealing with persistent neck and shoulder tension, the strain of migraines, or simply need a quiet, restorative place to land, my goal is to help you feel supported and at home in yourself again.
